Just a short one and a half hour ferry ride from Tsawwassen or only thirty five minutes from beautiful Swartz Bay on Vancouver Island. Our Pender home is situated on a one half acre lot with a fabulous view toward Sidney, Swartz Bay and Vancouver Island. You can sit and watch the Ferries come and go from the Living room, master bedroom, Kitchen or dining rooms as well as from the outdoor deck. The western sky is ablaze with color at sunset. Two Fireplaces help to make the evening a romantic climax to every perfect day.
