All rates are per day,   Maximum of four persons allowed,  NO Pets.   Four day Minimum stay required.

Deposit of $250 required to confirm a reservation and as security/cleaning deposit.   Full payment for rental + security cleaning deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. 

Security deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure IF home is left in same condition as found.    Washer/dryer is furnished and it is expected that all guest will do laundry and clean the home before departing.    In the event we need to have a cleaner come in to clean the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation policy:    IF cancellation is received prior to 30 days of arrival full refund less cancellation service fee of $100.    Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are not refundable unless home rebooks.
