MINIMUM STAY OF 4 DAYS OR CLEANING CHARGE WILL BE ADDED except Royal Mauian which is 5day minimum .
BOOKINGS WHICH INCLUDE CHRISTMAS OR NEW YEARS REQUIRE A MINIMUM STAY OF 10 DAYS,
All RATES QUOTED PER DAY AND SUBJECT TO TAX OF 11.42% . (4.166% General excise and 7.25% Transient accommodation)
A $200. DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, EXCEPT CHRISTMAS ON WHICH PAYMENT IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL..
PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED ON ALL ADVANCE PAYMENTS, CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT AND LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS and REQUIRED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES, Damage, cancel fee, lockouts, lost keys or excessive cleaning will be billed to card. On bookings of 28 days or longer, any electric bill exceeding $200 will be billed to credit card. (If air conditioning is not abused, you will never exceed $200.) If Credit cards is used for final payments a 3% surcharge will be added for this convenience.
NO REFUNDS IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL OR CHRISTMAS 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL UNLESS UNIT IS RE BOOKED IN WHICH CASE, REFUND WILL BE FOR DAYS RE BOOKED LESS CANCELLATION FEE.
ONCE A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED, ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $100.00 CANCELLATION SERVICE CHARGE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. We will try to honor requests for units but cannot guarantee specific units.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK OUT TIME IS 10 AM. If you require a later time due to late flights etc. you may wish to consider booking an extra day. We are sorry, but we cannot grant late check outs.
